    Blood moon

    Just saw the fully eclipsed moon, right before it sank below the horizon.

    Pretty cool.

      Watched it for a while but just before it got any good cloud cover came and stole it away..

          Should have had a grandstand view from my front verandah but thick cloud ruined that. Can I have my money back?

              Sorry the best we could do is a credit for next years viewing. If the moon is not red may we suggest copious amounts of alcohol consumption the day before so you can view the eclipse through blood shot eyes.

                          Yes. It will be the third of 4 in 2014-2015. The fourth will be in the Fall of next year.
