    PHOENIX -- Authorities have arrested a former security guard who shot two men Thursday morning in the parking lot of the Pitney Bowes office complex in northwest Phoenix, police said.Officials said 31-year-old Michael Rivera went home to his apartment near 17th and Missouri avenues and called 911 to turn himself in.Police arrested Rivera outside his apartment complex.Rivera had worked for Securitas, a private security company contracted by Pitney Bowes, but quit two days ago. He allegedly pulled into the parking lot of Pitney Bowes around 7:30 a.m. in his black 2003 Honda, exited the vehicle and fired a semiautomatic rifle at two people outside the business, police said.
