I switched from cigarettes to vaping last week. I'm saying goodbye to a 28 year habit (1 1/2 packs per day.) Just wondering if anyone else is having luck with it?

Re: Do you VAPE?
Been battling the nicotine habit most of my adult life, tried the vaping thing and found it to be like a crack pipe, couldn't put it down.(never smoked crack but I imagine it must be like my e cig) had to get rid of it I was getting more nicotine than when I was smoking cigarettes and started to have breathing problems. It kills the cravings but is a never ending smoke. Good luck with it but remember to put it down. trying the cut back method on the real smokes again and am down to half a pack a day. I am sorry I ever started these awful things.Comment

Re: Do you VAPE?
Yes, I vape...... however harmful the e-cigs are, its never going to be as harmful as smoking 20 marlboro reds per day.
I have been vaping for nearly a year, I started on the high strength nicotine juice, and am now on the low strength juice (0.8mg/10ml). I don't vape all day, just when I'm in the car or in the evenings. I won't ever smoke proper analogue smokes ever again!
I feel MUCH healthier, I don't cough up horrible brown crap from my lungs anymore, and felt fit enough to start back at Jiu Jitsu.
Good luck, and remember, the VG and PG in the e juice is all FDA approved ingredients used in Food and found in vegetables, whereas, there is over 600 different toxic chemicals found in tobacco.Comment

Re: Do you VAPE?
I'm still on the strongest nicotine, but I think I'll be going down a notch next week.
Yeah, I'm probably vaping more than I smoked. And I wish I wasn't such a wuss and I could just do this cold turkey. But I have to face reality. I've been unable to quit smoking so far, and this is actually working for me... so I'll have to use what's at my disposal.
I'm kind of branching off now into other flavors. I guess maybe I've gotten my tastebuds back they's craving things other than cigarette smoke. :>Comment
