        Dado,
My condolences to you and your family. I have lost both my parents. I know what you are going through. Rest assured that I will be praying for you and your family.

I have been in this business for a long time and I can tell you about stress. One thing that I have learned is take it one machine at a time. Will the world stop turning if you don't get them all fixed right away. I would bet not. You can use that question on any situation in your life. I know that it has helped me.

The best thing that you can do is take it one day at a time. I can promise you it will get better. I am sure that you have the support of all the techs on this site. We might not have all the answers, but we will give the best advice that we can.

You are right the only ones who understand our job are the ones who have done or are doing it now. It may not be the most glamorous job, but is a honest one. Every tech out there has had calls that have driven them nuts, but for every one of those calls they take hundreds of others. I will always say it takes a certain breed to do our job.

So, to all you you fellow techs, stand proud for I am proud to be in the brotherhood of you. And to all who have helped me in the past, and to all those that will help me in the future. Thank you.

        Blessings,

        Rob
