Your instructor may get off track at times but he is a very competent instructor, had a couple classes with him years ago. Ask many questions and take many notes. since your in Irvine /Tustin/Costa mesa I'm assuming your at the Wyndom on Avenue of the Arts. The Corner Office Bar is around the corner and a good place to hangout. There's also the Salty Dog nearby, and down at the beech in Newport beech there's Mutt Lynch's. Learn and enjoy!!!!!
