GR3750 artist publishing project in Toronto, ON

Hi,
We are Anchorless Press, making books & multiples by artists.

Our main equipment is a Riso GR3750, which we are just getting up & running.

So far, main operating issues include paper feed errors, a stuck drum, and elevator problems.
Hoping to find answers to questions about cleaning & calibrating here.
