    Mabuhay! I'am from Canon Phils a Service Specialist...
    Good day! I encountered the Problem is in the Main Drive of the machine if you noticed that the primary disengagement control has no problem try to timing the Main drive Just follow the shape in the gear and in the metal plate of the main drive you will use 8 paper clip to lock the gears... Good luck!
