I am an independent business IT service tech in the Eastern US.
I mostly do things like servers / computers / networking etc, but a good part of my job is the inevitable copier/printer issue. Most of my clients have purchased their copiers outright, so I handle all the maintenance, supplies, etc, and am often complimented that I give better service than the copier service companies.
I have a pesky issue with a Sharp MX-5001n that I have been unable to solve, so I figured I would ask the experts. If anyone can help that would be great. My post is in the Sharp Technical Forum, but I think it is awaiting moderation (has been that way for the past day unfortunately). If any mods could look into that that would be great.
