    Hello

Michael here. I have been in the business for 30 years. The machines I have worked on were Savin (liquid), Minolta ( old school mid eighties junk), Mita some Sharp, Canon, and what ever came along. Last line I worked on was the Panasonic analog and digital boxes. Last seven years was working on the help desk. Biggest mistake I ever made. Panasonic has since went belly up and I have no training or field experience on the Lanier line or other brands. Now I find myself unemployed because was having some issues with all the new tech that we were using. Started as tier 1 support (printing and scanning) then they dumped tier 2 in our laps with no training except you tube videos. Wish I had stayed in the field.

Not sure if it is my age or what but I was a good tech but cannot find work. Live in Manhattan NY and most of the copier businesses were gobbled up by bigger companies. Nobody hiring.

Nice to see all the old timers and newbies on this site sharing their knowledge.

    Mike
