Hey guys.
Title says it all. Just recently I completed my 1st Year as a Ricoh Tech (Uncertified).
Along my coworkers and this Site; My 1st job review came along and they bench marked my skills as a 3 year experience Tech.
With 13 months under my belt; I've seen so much: Covered complicated Troubleshooting/ Lots of I.T.

Thanks to you guys I've been able to sleep at night. 1st weeks I had nightmares with that "Error Beep Sounds" in the background.
Now; it's time to give back and help in any way I can.
