For three years now I have had a Risograph V 8000. It seems most people have had bad experiences with these machines. Up until a week ago this one has served me well. I went to start it and the master stuck on cylinder two. This is not unusual when it hasn't been run for a week. I pulled out the drum and removed the master, shoved it back in, and pressed the start button. It went through the cycle and came up "remove master". There is no master on the drum. I have done everything I can think of and it still tells me to remove a master that is not there. I have a tech manual but it does not address this problem. Can anyone help?
