Hi, hope all is well with each of you.
I am not a Copy / Printer tech, but I like to fix the various printers at my jobs through the years.
I am in IT/IS and generally work for smaller companies who could use a little fixing vs replacing to save costs.
I joined up to see if I could get some help with 3 PHD/Imaging units from Dell 2155cdn ( and other compatible models ).
I have a feeling a common part has gone bad in each as they have the same issue and at 100+ per unit to replace I fell it would be a good idea to try and fix them.
So I guess I'll see you all in the "Other" area... although I think these are Lexmark printers and the PHD\Imaging units also work in some Xerox units.
