Thanks to the admins of his forum. So great to see a place where someone like myself, who knows little about copiers, can interact and learn from others.

I have a Xerox 7328 and a Toshiba 3510c. Of course both have some issues and that's why I'm here!

looking forward to learning and interacting with everyone on the forum and I hope to get my questions answered and hopefully can help someone else out along the way as well.

I'm in Oshkosh Wisconsin and need my copiers for an event that I run. We do thousands of copies a year in full color and it's important that my units are running smooth.

Really nice of you buddy. Thanks for the warm welcome. I am sorry that I am semi mechanical and can do SOME of my own work. I am not taking away work from you either as I am fixing my own unit and not for someone else.


Well, not all of us have a huge office, nor $500 a month to have a copier contract. I use my copier a few months out of the year, the rest of the time it sits.
