Does it do the same with copies? Re-seat memories, and maybe a calibration. It's not a watermark issue, is it? This can be several problems and you'll have to narrow it down to specifics.

Maybe it's my monitor, but I don't see any dots.

nm, just had to zoom in a bunch.

Zoo is right, could be a bunch of different things.

Is the maintenance schedule up to date? The spill blade might be sprinkling waste toner on the page.
