    Canon IR2600 contract

I have this customer that has one of these machines given to them. Runs good, no jamming clean copy, I replaced fuser when they first received, popping a code. solved the problems. They do about 40,000 copies per year and want it on a Service Agreement. I have other copiers and printers on Service agreements, usually Brothers, HP, Kyocera, etc. This is an older machine yet I have no idea what charges should be. In my contracts I cover labor and parts. Consumable items such as toner, drums, feed wheels and fusers are NOT covered any ideas about the Canon has Document feeder and 3 front trays and as I say runs good with very few calls, usually operator mis-understanding type calls..... I do not work on many Canons this is why I am asking
