Canon iRADV C5240 fixing cooloing error

Can you help?

I have a Canon iRADV C5240 with a message on the screen 'The cooling mechanism of the fixing unit needs to checked' (see attached image). I have replaced the fixing assy and flashed the device with the latest firmware 41.01, checked the fans and shutter motor in IO codes but the message has come back after a few days. Device has ony done 3k and the customer is not using A4R media?fixing error message.JPG
