Just wondering if you can help me?

I have a xerox 700i with integrated fiery machine was working fine then had a paper jam and needed to be restarted, now Command workstation can not find the server.

Have checked all cables and connections and everything seems fine. Cannot ping the ip from my pc. The machine will also not print the start up page. All ip addresses are correct,.

On error history print out 027-741 Job template server server connect fail.

Can you advise a solution?

You are not off to a very good start.

1. The Newbie Check In! forum is for just that, newbies to check in, that is introduce themselves. It is not for posting problems. There are technocal post for that.
2. This thread is from over 4.5 years ago. That means it is dead and was buried. But you dug it up. That makes you a grave digger.
