Ricoh MPC6502 SC555

Greetings everyone.

Has anyone come across this issue on a Ricoh Charis (MPC6502/8002). SC555 intermittently but very often. The manual says pressure roller thermopile error but fuser unit has been replaced and error still coming up . Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
