Hello Eveyone!! & Xerox Colorqube Help

Really glad to be a part of the forum.

I am a newbie, obviously, and am now running my own small business. I'm having an issue with my Xerox Colorqube 8700 - It's giving me a scanner fault error - which is preventing me from making a photocopy, scanning a document, or faxing a document.

Hoping someone can step me through how to diagnose & fix it. Please point me in the right direction.

I also plan to post in the Xerox tech forum..
