i'm new here.. and a bit rusty on English.. my konika bizhub c353, 2 weeks ago are completely functional.. and now.. it only can COPY.. when i print from pc.. the bizhub blinking but no data or job appear on list.. i thought maybe data lost... i tried to ping my bizhub.. and it reply and i can open the system.xml from browser.
after shutting down and open... the machine was not on... i open the machine and clean the RAM.. and it was on after that.. oh! one more thing... when i tried to check on network setting on the bizhub.. only number 4 for 'check for consumable life' occur.. i bit worried suddenly no other tab are available..
i don't know why its happen.. and please somebody help me? do you know how to make it print again... i tried usb cable.. and update the port in printer setting.. but still only blinking and nothing on job list.
