Estudio 506 service password

I try try reset my machine toshiba estudio 506 using 4 5 8 and start button

And it ask user and pass in authentication

I use admin as user and 123456 as password

It go in but it say i need to change but icant change is it say toshiba pasword policy

Wgen i go in 08 mode it ask password for service which i dont know

Can someone help me?
