RE-entering the printing world with a Riso RZ390ui

    Good evening,

We have recently re-entered the world of small scale publishing. Our main piece of equipment is a Riso RZ 3980ui. Things are going well overall as we learn our way, mostly by trial and error. The one thing we are really struggling to figure out is how to get the RISO to stop grabbing multiple sheets of paper as it feeds. Long story short we are hoping to connect with anyone using a similar machine to assist us with any trial and error learning that they have also done. We are looking forward to hearing from any other RISO users as we work out little business on a shoe string.

        You are welcome !!
The ideal in these cases is to receive opinions from users of the machine,
In addition to the technical opinion, people of the graphic medium who are the ones who live with the machines and many times by trial and error manage to solve minor problems like the one you raise.
This forum is wonderful for the amount of information available and exchange of opinions by the participants.
