konica c5501 separations

hi i am a newbie 'today', my contract with konica ran out about a year ago and we have been maintaining the machine our self, we have come across a thin black line on our prints, thinking its the transfer belt, but would like to print out the separations CMYK to be 100% sure, the engineer use to do this every call out, please can any one tell me the procedure to do this.

Troubleshooting - tests.. you should find it in that area.
