RICOH mp3555

Dear all,
I have face problem with RICOH MP3555 Scan to folder. i already config with scan to folder. Once after scan message will showing error scan destination list cannot be used now.

I have formed HDD. memory clear, But still the same error occurred. some one can help......Latest firmware has been updated.
