Hi All,
I am new to this forum. I am working with copiers some time, but now I have something unsolved.
A friend is having a small business and a Xerox Docucolor 240 with external Fiery.
It worked fine on the network (Windows Xp and Windows 7 computer) until somebody tried to install Windows 10 drivers on his laptop.
He used the Xerox software to do this, but ... halfway it quits the installation proces.
Ok, not possible but ...
Now the Fiery / Docu240 is lost on the network at all! It shows FF at the back.
Not even the Networkscanning option on the machine is available - greyed out.
What can I do? I do have 3 Xerox CD's but there is no installation software on it; only documentation.
And yes, the dipswisches are off.
Regards,
Robin
