Canon ir c3330 not copying and printing

Good day
I have Canon ir c3330, it was ready but when I copying, the scanner was not moving even in adf was not taking the paper, then it shown 8n monitor was finished, I checked in job history, the copy, print, scan, on indication of jamming or error

Please help me
