Trying to Access a few posts regarding ColorQube

Any idea how I can find these two posts? Trying to troubleshoot a ColorQube 8580 with the same clicking noise (something odd with maintenance kit) and 91,720 error. These two posts I found on google, but I can't pull up on your site anymore. If you could reference them somehow so I can access, that would be super. Thanks
