    New IT guy

    Hello World!

    I've been working helpdesk for the past 5 years at my company and have been trying to learn more about the service side of things when it comes to copiers. I typically handle IT issues like printing and scanning, but have recently been taking on more calls involving faxing and service code errors. I'm hoping to learn more about the service \ hardware side of things here, as well as provide some IT perspectives on certain issues that blur the line between the two.

        Glad to have you join us.

        One of the most important things about working on any type of equipment is to have a service manual available. We have a forum just for requesting service manuals.
