I've been working helpdesk for the past 5 years at my company and have been trying to learn more about the service side of things when it comes to copiers. I typically handle IT issues like printing and scanning, but have recently been taking on more calls involving faxing and service code errors. I'm hoping to learn more about the service \ hardware side of things here, as well as provide some IT perspectives on certain issues that blur the line between the two.
