konicaminolta 8020 not starting

hi, i am new to this site my name is khurram.I own a used Minolta 8020.I am having a major problem with the machine.when i power on the machine it does not start only the start key gets red panel is black.I CHANGED THE POWER SUPPLY STILL IT DOES NOT WORKED. PLEASE LOOK INTO MY MATTER AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM.khurramshehzad_kps@hotmail.com
