HP CLJ 2605

I have a HP CLJ 2605 that is missing magenta. I swapped the cyan and magenta cartridge around and now the magenta prints but cyan doesnt (but in wrong spots) so I know the magenta cartridge is ok. Any ideas??

Makes me wonder if the shutter on the toner cartridge is opening. Check out that slot and look at what opens the shutter on the ctg when you close the front cover/door of the printer.

Yes the shutter is opening. After lookin at config page there are a lot of 54.100 errors also.

Check the toner cartridge drive assy. Maybe the drum is not turning.
