my phone line is connected to machine. i can make calls on my line bt cant able to recieve as fax tone is there. can u plz tell me how to stop the fax tone for recieving calls

There could be a problem with your fax line. But then again I could be misunderstanding your problem. Your details are not clear enough.

problem is that when someone calls me on my number he get a fax tone instead of ring tone.
