08,045.43;60852, it is media fault but i dont know what the rest of the numbers mean

Xerox 8560 fault code

Fault code is 08.45.43, in the service manual it does say that it is The media path motor stalled while moving the cap/wipe DOWN, it doesnt say how to fix the problem
