Have any of you experienced a Ricoh MP 4500 with a constant please wait condition? SOMETIMES after CONSIDERABLE time an SC819 is displayed. Othertimes, IF it does come to "ready", the copy and doc server functions are not available. I successfully reloaded firmware, replaced the hdd and controller and still have the problem.
