Jamming and intermittent C960 codes when duplexing on es350
Pulled the fixing unit and cleaned and reinstalled. Same thing. Seems ok when you don't introduce the additional load by duplexing? Customer is anxious to get this fixed asap! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Cannot find that error in the handbook (doesn't surprise me anymore). It is either a board communication error (reseat all the connectors including the duplex control pwb), or I have seen the exit rollers lock up causing this sort of issue.
