    Hi There

    My name is Jason and I have been in the IT field for a very long time. I have never repaired a copier machine, as I am mainly network, PC, and programming focused. I am hoping to get some guidance here in regards to a client that asked me to repair their IR4570. I really don't know much about it, but am doing what I can! This site has seemed to be very helpful thus far.
