I work for a company that remarkets equipment, including copiers and printers, for a number of leasing companies in Canada. I check each of the items and occassionally have error codes appear. I want to thank all of you that post both the problems and the solutions. You have all helped me to solve some of the problems that I have encountered. I did work as a copier technician back in the late 70's into the early 80's. I worked on 3M, Minolta, and Eskofot copiers.
