    Canon Image runner 2010f Error messages

    Hi,

    I had a power outage, and since electricity came back on, I'm receiving error messages; e004, and e350. I can't find in the manual how to fix these two errors, or even any information on them. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you! Jan

    The following explains possible solutions if the both error codes had been recorded in the error history.

    1. In service mode [#7 PRINTER>#4 PRINTER RESET], select 'YES' to clear the error code.

    2. Multi-plug power strip of AC power supply: In order to minimize a noise from other electrical equipments, do not plug the machine into a multi-plug power strip.

    3. Securely connect the flexible cable (FH2-6894) between the DC controller PCB and the power supply PCB.

    If the symptom still recurs,

    4. Check whether the DC controller PCB or the power supply PCB is securely fitted, and then replace either of them with a new one.
    DCON iR1600 = FG6-8879-040
    iR2010F = FG6-8880-040
    Power supply FH3-2654-000

    The E350 on most other models is a serial number board, but I am not 100% on this model. Could be due to the power outage though. I would assume that your machine is throwing the E004 first so try getting that resolved and see what issues you have after that.
    Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
