I am in desperate need of the restore dvd's for the Q1. Can anybody provide information on where i can purchase? Many thanks!

you can purchase them from any dealer. If you are in a pinch someone might be able to help you out on here for a set. I will check and see if I have any of them sitting around.

Thanks, Charm. I was able to get the set from Langrafx. They specialize in servicing and marketing Fiery controllers. Havnt been there in a while, but will make a point to tell him you said hello the next time i am there.

very cool Mark, Next time you post if you click under the copier technical discussion and choose "Canon" or which ever manufacturer you are working on there are a bunch more techs that can help you out that read in there.
