I used ethernet card from other IR5000 on my machine.. But my IR5000 wont print from pc.. the setting was right.. when i Ping there was reply.. is there anything that I missed?

you need to swap the boot rom as well as load the proper firmware. On the IR 5000 you need to reload the system software as well.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
