Help my tech support/part person retired. Need someone who can get any/all parts and decent tech support for these machines any help out there, would be deeply grateful and hope I could return favor someday. I have two machines doing same thing. As soon as print is pushed jam shows up (bypass also) no paper anywhere. Model PC-745 paper roller not moving.
