MPC 5501 Jamming

I installed a MPC 5501 the other day and it would jam going into the finisher . I took the inlet sensor out and it is working properly any suggestions . Thanks

Just a thought, is the machine level? Does the copier exit line up with finisher entrance?

i also had same problem when i installed a finisher, its always jam when paper goes into the finisher entrance, i think maybe upgrade the firmware will fix it, ill let you know after i did...
