Problem wit Canon CLC3200

My Canon CLC3200 doesn't start the imagepass c1, and I can't to use the printer.

Are all the connections made //power/comms cables ?
Does the fan operate on th C1 ?
Does the fan operate but C1 fails to initalize ?

Check cross network cable and the white data cable between mainunit and c1 server. Unplug, clean connector, and replug them again. Turn on C1 first, and then turn on c1.
