E0064 and blank copies on Ir3245
Hi,
Any ideas on this Canon ir3245 with E00064-003 and blank copies.
Have checked all connectors around dev and drum area not sure where to go next. DC con or PSU. The manual says replace the high voltage psu but it is not clear which this is from the parts cat.
