I have a problem with our Ricoh photo copier which prints in bulk for instance, when copying a full book. This copier has this error massage as follows:1. Master Feed Jam - Clear Feed Jam. and also, 2. the middle part of the copier remains white whiles the other sides are printed. Bicoh JP1215 is the name written on copier.
Please, I would be very much if you could help me with the PDF service and user manual or link me to the persons responsible to this challenges.
