New and desaparate for help on Ricoh MP161

Hi gang..... I am a software developer that has inherited a Ricoh MP161 as part of a clients IT inventory. Recently we have run into a problem where our fax to folder simply stopped working. I suspect it is related to a password change we made, but for some reason I am unable to get the fax to folder working again. We are using Small Business Server 2008 and the fax share folder is on the server's C: drive. It was previously on another drive and worked fine - although apparently it was not supposed to according to everything I have read recently.

I am trying to fix the problem remotely with Web Image Monitor, but all of the documentation I have found is less than helpful because the examples dont appear to have the same screens as my version of web image monitor (1.03) ANY advice would be gratefully received

log into web image monitor and use admin as username no password there will be an address book on the left you can then click on the address where the faxes where going to and change the password. and or folder path. This is why it most likely cant route to folder.

      Thanks Mr T

I did log in as admin, and set the user name and password to my shared folder, but it does not work? I'm starting to think that I may have to do this right on the copier unit. I know there is a 'Test Connection' utility that will at least test to see if it finds the shared folder, but I don't see a similar test with the web image monitor. My current web image monitor is v.. 1.03, is it possible to update this for more functionality?
