Hi everyone, i am a new member of Copytechnet and thank you for accepting me as a new member. I have a problem regarding our Develop Ineo+220, everytime i make a copy, the paper has a stripe lines sometime its cyan then magenta,and so on, i read that this problem occurs to he installation of the copier, so please can someone help me for this problem , and anyone who have a service manual for this copier, if i can have a copy. Thank you so much.

Is that copier still under warranty? Call the Konica Minolta company to fix it. If it is not, then you have to check if the lines comes from ADF scanning glass. Do some copy test and find out exactly where the lines coming from. I think it is better you examine the drums and blades. Also check if there are some particles caught up in the primary chargers.Comment
