Is it down or does it make copies?
Does it have a background on copies?
What have you done to it to fix this?

I would suspect one or more iu's are going bad, transfer belt going bad, or bad laser unit.

I would suspect one or more iu's are going bad, transfer belt going bad, or bad laser unit.

The printouts are all blacked out, even by just copying or by printout thru computer, it has the same effect.
