Canon IR7105 V2 finsher Jams code 100E

I have a V2 finisher that jams going into the knurled belt unit which has been changed. Jam code 100E. The rollers, motor M9 and bearings are all ok. The swing guide also hesitates and the paper hits that if it intermittently does not raise quick enough.

Also the booklet maker jams on A5 booklet, which may be caused by the first fault. any ideas
