    hola, arme una mp 2550b y cuando escaneo me da el codigo sc 997, lo escaneado llega al pc pero en la maquina se queda en enviando,

          I recommend going to the manufacturers site and downloading the latest software for your scanner/printer.

              thanks for you answer,try this option but no is solution. this sc 997 appears when make scan to folder.
              When i make scan for twain don^t have problem.
