i have a Es 3640e mfp, i was recently trying to move some boxes around my office and i accidentally bumped on the outlet of the printer. it didnt turn off and on but i heard like a clicking sound as if it just restarted. the next day i turned it on and so as my computer, it says ready to print on both the comp and the printer but it wont print. ive tried ping-ing the ip address and was able to do that too, nothing changes in the settings of both the printer and the pc but it just wont print, i can make copies and print the ps test page. HELLPPP!!!! i dont know what else is wrong.
